Finster was founded in 2023 by a team combining world-class AI expertise with deep knowledge of the financial services industry. The team came together to build a tool capable of understanding complex financial filings, citing every source, and integrating up-to-date market data.

Charles brings extensive experience driving AI growth in financial services. He previously served as CRO at ModuleQ and as CEO of Seek Insights (formerly Knoema), where he led the company through its acquisition by Eldridge. Earlier in his career, he was part of the founding executive team at Visible Alpha as CRO and a Managing Director at Novus, after starting his career on the buy side at the Schonfeld Group.
